Live Discussion with Dr Simon Kyle - 7th December

Dr Kyle will be hosting a live online discussion here on Wednesday 7th December 7pm-8pm.

He will discuss as many topics as possible in the hour, starting with the most popular questions with answers being given in a way to give the most benefit to the general Community.

    no sleeping on the sofa! (i can say this as i am the queen of sleeping on the sofa! in fact to try and change my habits i started sitting on the floor and then promplty fell asleep on the floor)

    Isn't it funny we can fall asleep anywhere and then be wide awake when we get into bed.

    Yes started that last night . 1 o'clock bed and up for 6 o'clock. Gosh its cold and windy outside at that time in winter. I am going to adjust it tonight to go to bed a little later and get up a little later. I think I will try 1.30 or maybe 2 o'clock and see how that goes. Still keeping to the six hours in bed though

    that's because we need to only sleep in bed nowhere else. my bad sleep habits are so engrained but i know that if i did sleep restriction properly it would certainly sort me out. onwards and upwards!

    good idea ttn, the more tired we are by the end of the week the more likely we are to sleep in a block! good night all must go now x
