Live Discussion with Dr Simon Kyle - 8th February

Dr Kyle will be hosting a live online discussion here on Wednesday 8th February 7pm-8pm.

He will discuss as many topics as possible in the hour, starting with the most popular questions with answers being given in a way to give the most benefit to the general Community.

    that's right emjay, at least for trying to help with re-synchronising to the new time-zone. the idea is that you entrain all of your 'biological clocks', which can be influenced by food intake.

    when i travelled to australia i stayed awake all the way there & then for the rest of the day, which meant i had no jet lag. on the way back i slept for some of the journey & had terrible jet lag for a week!

    great NO. sleepiness during the day can be a reassuring sign that you are building up sleep pressure, SR is working. but remember that if you are excessively sleepy, then avoid driving or operating heavy machinery. great progress!

    In my case I am fairly sure that this is a(n uncommon, they say) side-effect of zopiclone.
