Dr Elspie just an idea to keep the live sessions ALIVE do you think we could concentrate on perhaps one particular subject to run alongside the usual questions?

    Session 3

yes thats a good idea. Its difficult to predict as sometimes of course one or two comments can lead to a fairly detailed discussion. For my next session Ill prepare a topic in advance and if there is little in the way of discussion i would be happy to introduce. Would that be ok for everyone?

Sorry I missed you all. I was having my tea. My question would have been about waking after 5 to 5h30 minutes and then finding it difficult to get back to sleep. I suspect that I wake and then become stiff and uncomfortable which makes getting out of bed for a cup of tea attractive.
